Staff was so helpfull, breakfast was substantial with pastries, breads, cheese, jam and milk. Really nice beds, trendy room. Flexible check-in, absolutely gorgeous location. Exceptionally clean place, great value.

the room was warm and had a relaxing bed. responsible staff throughout. the breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. easy location, just a short walk away from centennial park. it was nice to have cake in the lobby.
Disappointing aspect was very bad bathroom.

Great value, exceptional service offered. The hotel was PROFESSIONAL, immaculately clean. The bedrooms were quiet. The location was fab, relatively close to Centennial Park. The pool was clean and the garden - gorgeous.

Great value compared to other properties, and clean. Everything was awesome - an immaculate room and a savoury breakfast. What a very responsive staff! Fascinating view, a spacious balcony, lovely bed, too. The service at this excellent city centre hotel was top-notch:)))

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like the wandering elk that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The bathroom was excellent. We enjoyed the fact that we chose falcon crest lodge. 3-star hotel in Canmore...
